IRC Plugin proplems - Zorono - 12.04.2017

hey all, iam getting some proplems with IRC plugin i have created the irc channel and verfied it.... with my irc.tl account... and loaded irc plugin and compiled my gamemode with irc.inc and checked the irc script but there is no proplems but the proplem is my server doesn't connect to my irc channel idk why and it doesn't send me any logs via 'IRC_OnReceiveRaw(botid, message[])' callback so please what now i need help
