my gamemode cannot detect command or Filterscripts command

when i type command,it did show anything or give word:unknown command

1: Did you edit your server.cfg file? (https://sampwiki.blast.hk/wiki/Server.cfg)
2: Have you the plugins needed for the script(s)?
3: Next time, post the server_log.txt for us so we can have a look and help you a bit faster.
