Well, I bought VPS Windows Server 2012 and tried to run the server up, nvm what plugin version I'm using its writing "mysql.dll loading"
"failed"
I'll add server.cfg, and logs if u need

Delete the .dll extesion, windows do not need it, and try again

Yeah. in server.cfg file you dont have to add extension.
