Is that possible to reconnect a player to another server ? - NeXoR - 06.04.2017

According to PAWN, Let's say I have a club of servers

• Server 1
• Server 2
• Server 3
• Server 4
• Server 5

If a player connects to server 1, and after sometime he wants to move to Server 4, Is that possible to do this without quitting the client and connecting manually ?
