ALT+Tab [NEED HELP!] - Snuuus - 30.03.2017

Hi guys! Everytime I ALT+Tab and then tab in again my game lags as fuck. No idea why and I have no idea how to fix it either, so if anyone knows how to fix it, please tell me! I'll +rep the one who does!

try using resolution on x32 or x16, test with both.
