Hi guys, can you help me. i have problem in this filterscript click

when I went upstairs and then I press N vehicles such vehicles only live for the moment, and the fuel is directly discharged. Do you know what is wrong?

and i spawn some vehicle in near pumps gas i typing /refuel the fuel progress bar not increase why ?
