In my friend testing server I uploaded something and changed gamemode name, then I restarted the server and it gaves me this error
Started server on port: 7750, with maxplayers: 50 lanmode is OFF.
Lanmode was 0 I changed it to Lanmode 1, It gaves this error
Started server on port: 7750, with maxplayers: 50 lanmode is ON.
Will be glad to get some help now, please!

I dont understand your problem guys but if you want to join server together when you are connected to same WiFi you should do this:
Left click windows start
Open CMD
Type in Ipconfig
Copy Ipv4 number
Add the number in your samp client as a new server
Join the game
