Npc dont show up. - WildWave - 24.03.2017

So... im using RNPC and in the windows server all goes good , but when im uploading it to the linux server, they dont even not getting connect to the server.

Im pretty sure its about the server.cfg but i dont know what.

Maybe samp-npc file has no privileges? (chmod)
