Need opinio about idea - Hunud - 22.03.2017

I was planning to make some textdraw using skin! But problem is i dont know how to do when i press right textdraw it will show skin 2 and when i press textdraw left it will return to 1 how to do that ?

I just need help to start with it example +rep if helped
