I think the, SA-MP Official Discord Server? Has a Scripting Section. Check and see.

Of course it is not the official one. It was started by Crayder as a simply discord channel in which you could talk with him about scripting and such. Seeing the popularity it gained, the purposes changed, making it more of a general SA:MP discord other than simply chatting.
