You need to purchase a Hosted Tab Slot and there are like lacs of servers in the world in Internet Tab. it does not show all. Your Server may be or May not be Shown there.

It might take you a while indeed for your internet tab to fully load.
You should indeed put announce on 1.
Are you using a host or are you using your own home as host?
If so, you will need to port-forward your router.

Internet tab mirrors hosted tab, in other words you need hosted tab in order to appear on the SA-MP client. It has been disabled for a while, no one knows why.
