players disconnect irregularly - hsk22000 - 26.02.2017

hi,
I have server which runs ubuntu 16.04 LTS.

running samp 0.3d, players sometimes disconnects in irregular times.
I have tried another mods, another version(0.3.7), but not solved.

I have no idea to fix this. any ideas?
