Hello,
is there any possibility of implementing Neo4J instead of a MySQL-Database?

I think it would be very interesting to build a script that is based on Neo4J.

If you write a plugin for it, then yes, possibly. Although it looks to be geared more towards business intelligence than to actual data storage.
