I searched everywhere and it always gives me some pages about that the server is down and blabla. Maybe anyone has an installer and can provide to me? I would appreciate that very much!

Why are you wanting RC4? It's been released long ago, and is up to R2.

You know that RC means Release Candidate, right? In other words: it is a testing version that is not intended to be used with a live server.
