112.198.99.238:1048 Maybe that? Try to connect on the GMT +8 5:00pm I usually run my server that time. So by the way, Why can't i connect to my WAN IP?

That is your IPv4 (Local IP) address...

Probably wanna remove that IP before any kid takes it and sends some few packets to you man.

I suppose he was trying to advertise. Of course it's going to be in the internet list, that's if you've set announce to 1 in your server.cfg.
