Map Editor problem - Quintrell - 10.02.2017

I have a problem with the map editor, get into it and put the object and when I want to move it or turn with the arrow keys on the right side just disappear somewhere, I tried to reinstall GTA, and will again, I tried the other map editors and will again, I do not know what the problem is, so if you can help. Others can see in the video.

Try clicking the object once more after moving it to start the rotation.

try to rotate it before placing on the " not mapped space". ur object didn't disapier, it was at -2087 height.( deep , deeep under the map)

If you want to move it with the mause it goes in the VIEWS tab and will have four options click on the first one and then you can move any object.
