download file dns.inc and copy in your includes folder on your pawn

^^ and dont forget its a plugin, so copy plugin file to plugins folder and add dns to plugins in server.cfg

I already got every thing dns.inc and dns.dll but I don't know why this problem arise
NOTE: IN MY OLD PC IT COMPILES WITHOUT ANY ERROR!
