hey all, do anyone know why does my windows 7 pro resets my Date & Time by auto when i restart my computer to 2011-11-23 (12:00 AM)

Your CMOS battery might be wasted.

thnx sir for your reply but after looking at this site:
http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000239.htm and i have found on the last tip that it might be cuased by the power supply or the motherboard but i have replaced my power supply since almost 1 month but my motherboard hasn't been replaced since 6 years and the CMOS Battery too so which is the proplem ??

Probably your CMOS, Try replacing it and see if it works, usually those batteries aren't too expansive.

Incase your board isnt too old you can use speedfan or motherboard monitor to read the "Vbatt" voltage value. It should be at 3V +-10%, if it isnt its definitely a dead battery.
