Effectivity questions - AndreiWow - 30.01.2017

Hey, when I start the server it takes few seconds until it fully starts and the number of vehicles shows up, is this due to the loops, also does this affect the server in a bad way?


And few more questions.
Does timers slow down my server?
What should I pay attention to, I mean what can break my gamemode badly, make it lag or things like this if I don't pay attention?

Not sure where to find answers to those questions so if you have a link it would be great!
