How to create forum with php-fusion - ax1 - 28.01.2017

I want to create a forum for my samp server with php-fusion. I downloaded it but that's it, I'm clueless of what should I do next, I never created anything website related before. I did research for php-fusion tutorials but didn't found anything helpful. Can someone give me some tutorial or advice of what should I do?
