From what I can see this plugin requires some client files to be installed. Have you done that?

It's been said in the thread many times, it isn't there / doesn't work. It's likely not an issue with your code, the other alternative could be as said above that you haven't installed the client side. (Although the issue will persist anyway for the reasons said above).
