Hey, i see some of famous scripts is using R5 and onther famous scripts using R41-2
Which is best? i mean which is better to use ?

Those "famous" gamemodes using R5 version of BlueG's MySQL plugin are probably outdated. I won't recommend you to downgrade to a VERY old version of MySQL plugin.

IMHO R41 is not worth it, I'm still sticking to R39, but if you are starting from scratch, you should use the latest.

The only reason people sit on 39 is because they can't figure out that they need runtimes and linux requirements to run the plugin since that version.
Sitting back on old versions is unwise.
