An Explanation needed - Roozevelt - 22.01.2017

Hello guys ! i'am facing a weird Problem whitch i could not find an explanation for it ! i was doing some stuff on ****** and then i got out from it and openned SAMP APP to play ! at that time i felt hungry so i went to eat something ! and once i got back the SAMP icon was deleted/Dead/Removed/IDK Magically ! i don't know what had happned acutally it's my first time happned to me ! so here is a pic of my dekstop and pic of my gta folder !

there are some Files created on the samp folder with name tzrEBFA17.tmp and 2more others ! and in the dekstop if you guys refresh you will find the original place of SAMP ICON just up GTA SAN Single player one ! please guys help me ! i'am not sure if that is kind of verius or whatever !

Hello guys i Discoverd out the Problem it's NSIS ERROR , i tierd the CMD(/NCRC) way but it' dosn't work ! Any help please ,?
