I need some Help - HassanShah - 19.01.2017

Hello, I hosted my server from Ultra Host for free, yesterday when I start the server, it was working fine and even showing the GM, but now when I start today after installing it newly it showed the GM unknown. I reinstalled it because I was checking more GM's. Any help will be appreciated and please response fast.

Show us your server log, perhaps you're missing some plugins?
