connect delay - wanted2013 - 18.01.2017

Hello, yesterday i have did some updates, and now, there's a deelay beetween "Connected. Joining the game" and "Connected to x". Why? Sometimes, this delay is 0 seconds (instantly) and sometimes it's 3, 4 or 5 seconds.

I Think Its Pending On How script lines, if they are too mucx*h u will get that.

If you're using Wifi, this can be the symptom of it...
