Problem : HighPing - xUnknow - 03.01.2017
Hi . In My Server SomeOne Somtimes come and server will be lag and all players be highping
(my vps didn't be lag) i think he attaking or ddosing the 7777port or my server just samp ping will be to high
what's he doing ? and how should i stop this ?
help me please ....

Your host which your server is there, don't have Ddos protection?

someone connect to my server with raksamp and useing !lag - !fu -!bulletflood | how should i block this commands ?

Use a proper anti cheat. Most of the floods sends fake packets to the server and thereby get your callbacks get called rapidly. This results your server to lag very much if you've got a lot of codes under these callbacks. You can use an array to store the time since player's call to each callback (not really over OnPlayerUpdate).
