How does vspawner work? [FS] - Arthurillo - 24.12.2016

I want to create something like vspawner Filterscript or mSelection. I'm trying to understand how Kye vspawner works, but I do not understand much.

Can you explain how each function is executed?
How do you load each item without being repeated?
etc..
