Hello, I'm looking for a system that blocks the person shooting the bike or bike, I looked here in the forum and I did not find it easily for minutes.

What do you mean? If you want to prevent a player from shooting from bikes you can simply use SetPlayerArmedWeapon to set player's weapon to fist when they get on a bike.
