SA:MP mod was created only for GTA: San Andreas game and not other GTA Games.! So you can't install SA:MP on LCS!

Why would you even want to do that? I highly doubt people will download the mod just to play on your server.

GTA United is a mod of samp that includes both GTA Vice City map and LIberty City map.
It has it's own servers etc
