[HELP]Car modifications disspears - catal4n - 12.12.2016

Good day everyone. After many attempts of fixing this i decided to recieve a hand of help from someone which really knows. The problem is when i tune my car everythings ok, i park it everything's on it saves not problem, but after i use a command for respawn a car, /rac,/rtc or something, the car mods disspear but the color remains. Any ideas?
