Try disabling filterscripts one by one.
Then put bugged filterscript here.

Than there's a fault in you gamemode, mind posting what gamemode your using?
You also mentioned that you modified the includes, try re-downloading it

yes, I modified file object.inc
but... i delete this file and has copied original object.inc
but error remain..
