Players unable to connect - Albert481 - 06.12.2016

Hello! I have a CentOS 6.5 server running SAMP. I am able to connect to my own server, but my other friend is not able to (it shows Retreiveing info..)tried connectingXXXXX).

I tried opening ports UDP/TCP 7777, saving through iptables still to no avail.

Any solutions? or is it my friend's issue?
