That is a 0.3.7 feature, update. If you're already on 0.3.7, update your includes.

The includes folder is the latest release of version 0.3.7 so the include a_sampdb and others are up to date ...

You're assuming that.

I've had this instance, and I've been completely adamant that I'm up to date, when really, I wasn't, and it was odd files too.

If you're certain that your pawno\includes folder is up to date, make sure you are using the right folder with your compiler in pawnos options.
