Looking for : 'Phone Money' Converter - mave_man - 19.01.2009

Basically what I'm looking for is a site, which allows you to telephone them, and a big percentage of that 'phone money' gets converted in paypal cash, and goes onto your paypal account.

I need to be sure that it's not a scam though :/

Any help would be very much appreciated, this is something I've been looking for since a while now... :/

You could use Paypal's mobile service in the US+canada for that. Not sure where you are from, though.
