Just portforward, or run the game in sandbox to test something with another player.

If you need it to test a .so plugin, which I doubt, then just purchase a 128mb VPS. They should be really cheap.

I was looking for user about 2-3 hours just... testing something not in game just running script really quick!

I have windows but not linux

Then put it on a free host and see if it runs as they run Linux.
