How to move a door/open the LSPD door? - EtayJ - 15.11.2016

Like in most RP servers, the LSPD door is opened with a keycard reader that you open by pressing F, then an animation of the player swiping his hand on the reader slot is performed and the door opens, how is it done?

Most of this, was done by yoms buttons include, but it's very old, still works, but very old.
