Well, I'd recommend getting the PRESSED, PRESSING, AND HOLDING macros from here.

Then go here to see what key you want to use for entering/exiting doors and basically have it check that if they pressed a certain key to check if they're near a door entrance/exit and if so, have them enter or exit.
