How to make Ready function for players - Wound4er - 05.11.2016

Hello guys!
Need help with one thing.

I need a Ready function for players.
It's mean, that if ALL player (on the server) don't press button Ready in dialog, action (for example DM or TDM) don't start.

How to implement it?
