Your problem is here.

No plugins loaded, make sure you load the necessary plugins(if it's linux then .so otherwise .dll)

I just looked into the gamemode you downloaded, you are missing these plugins:

-Streamer (Here)
-sscanf2 (Here)
-fixes2 (Here)

Guys if some one of you would like to really help me,join ultra-h i will give you perm to edit my server,join my community and i will make you officiall 2nd owner

Just because of this NO ONE will help you. The user above told you why your server won't start. If you can't figure that out than you should probably think about your life.. Offering owner status, +rep..etc will only morons who won't help you figure out what the problem is.

Hello iNet05 Download These Plugins Thrn install it in your Server plugins File.
