If it possible, to do: if you want to join with my accounts ( for example name: Test_Test and Test_Teeest ) you have to write password and secure code ? How to do it?

Yes, you gotta make an account system, look for tutorials in this board: http://forum.sa-mp.com/forumdisplay.php?f=70, so you can make yours. I'd recommend you to try SQLite for now, you may use EasyDB include, so it might be easier for you.
