Pickup too near other pickup - rt-2 - 01.11.2016

Hi,
I am experiencing something weird, and I don't know if there is a solution for this.
I am not surprise that sometime, when I spawn multiple pickups near each other (for example: 3-4 pickup in the same meter) some of them would not show sometimes.
I am not sure if it is a client thing or whatever.
I would like to know if any of you had this problem and if a solution exists.
