Letter transition - Printable Version

Letter transition - NealPeteros - 01.11.2016

So, I came up with this idea that when a dialog shows, wave transition would be added to the letters. Just like Microsoft PowerPoint's wave transition. Is it possible to create such? If so, I would need help on what includes, functions, callbacks, to use or make. Thanks in advance.

I think you can't, because there's no option to set textdraw text angle.
