NPC - Micko123 - 30.10.2016

I never done anything with NPCs before so i followed this tutorial

Problem is that NPC is not shown when i spawn. Only vehicle is created and NPC is not connected.. What could be the problem??

Also i am using blank script so there is not login/register anticheat and passwords..

I see 2 ports here. Does that mean that NPC is connecting??
Still no NPC on server..

FIXED

PRoblem what in server.cfg. Max npc was 0 xD
