Freezing after Connecting - 206 - 27.10.2016

My friends computer freezes upon connecting to certain servers, but others he can play just fine on. His San Address install is from a few years ago and so is his EnB. We haven't done a reinstall yet because we're trying to avoid it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! If I left anything out please ask. We just wanna get in game and RP.

Did he update his SA-MP client? The ENB is probably outdated as well. I'd suggest a reinstall.
