I want to question that, how I can check if a file exists in the location folder. How I can create one. And read.

I try to check the internet, but it's full of the same tutorial of login and register and I cant learn without a explanation. And short. I found a wiki but it wasnt what I want

Ok, so it's ok to use the built-in file system? They seem usefull, I will come back if I encounter problems
