Any ideeas how to hire admins? - extender1987 - 20.10.2016
I tryed to hire admins for my server .But is so hard to find good admins in those days.Dynamic ,mature,loyal etc.Any ideea how to recruit or from where I can get some?I prefer from Europe or USA.

I used to own SA:MP Servers, on other games too. Good admins are first they who don't asks first. Then they need to know ROLEPLAY(if the samp server is ROLEPLAY genre). They have to be active, who they talk bullshits, who are loyal, and more because the "staff" is the server's deal.

Hire the ones that point out your or the server's flaws. Don't hire those who ass lick you.

I'd would prefer to have a proper anti-cheat, and rarely hire admins (just the ones that show a lot of knowledge).

Just find some people that play a lot and are friendly when new players join. Making applications etc isn't really useful if you want to have good administrators
