I am not having any payment method to get a host so i ccan only pay by mobile and my location is qatar is there any way to get mobile paying host in my country

I'm pretty sure you can buy prepaid VISA cards in Qatar. I have a few clients that pay with them. You're not going to have an easy time finding hosts that support mobile payments. Most likely, they will have an additional charge for doing it too.

You can check https://daypayhost.eu , payment methods: PayPal, PayGol (SMS Payment) and Paysafecard.
