Doesn't load sscanf and streamer plugins - Ner0x96 - 13.10.2016
Hey! I've formatted today the PC because I got a trojan, well I saved all my server files and I'm trying open it on my PC to test and now it doesn't load these plugins (streamer and sscanf)..

Install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x86)

I know the problem just u need to create a new server.cfg file. Delete the previous file and copy server.cfg new file from original package given my samp team and add it in your gm folder after it add plugins line and add your plugins. This errot happened with me before. I remebered i fixed it like this.
It can also happen from the above thing u dont have installed.
