I saw the function "LoadModelSelectionMenu" which i am using to create cloth menu, i still couldnt figure out how can i amke the same thing for caps / hats etc

Alright, listen up, it's easy.
The text file you are calling under LoadModelSelectionMenu contains IDs, those IDs could be anything.
Skins, vehicles, and so are objects, simply write down your hats/caps IDs into a text file and load it using LoadModelSelectionMenu.
