That's more than enough for one server. You could run a website and a forum on that provided you know what you're doing.

Its dependes on the "size" of the server and how well it is optimized.
Yeh, you can even run on 512mb ram.

Absolutely, 2gb will be plenty of RAM too. What's the connection like?
